Open Letter to NBGi - Not adding Punkish Gothic to PS3 iM@S 2 is a mistake

Dear Namco Bandai,

As I know, THE IDOLM@STER 2 is definitely one of the best games for XBOX 360 players and it is essentially the sequel of the game every Japanese gamers got addicted because of its clever gameplay. Sadly, because most of the Japanese otakus of today shown less interest to the XBOX 360, perhaps sales of the XBOX 360 in Japan have plummeted in the recent months, therefore iM@S 2 was also suffered on the setback so to increase sales of this sequel of the popular iM@S game, you've start selling the PS3 version of  THE iDOLM@STER 2 for the very first time since October 2011 but to do that, you're planning some exclusivity, something that the original XBOX 360 version doesn't have, like for instance, the G4U game included in every iDOLM@STER anime Blu-Ray volumes.

It was fine at first, trying to make DLC contents for the PS3 version of iM@S as identical to the original XBOX 360 version but there's one bit of a problem you had pushed it too far. It all began back in late May 2012 when you are trying to throw out something just for owners of the PS3 version, something that you can't put it on the XBOX 360 version. The evidences of this PS3-exclusive downloadable contents that drives XBOX 360 owners insane were Dressy Alice, Rainy Suzuran, Random Color Beauty, Digital Spacecraft, Cutie Insect, Weeping Wisteria, Burning Performer, Stratos Butterfly, Full bloom Yukata Dress, Starlight Agent, My Baby's Breath, Corduroy Country, Circuit Architect, Prima Concerto♪, Cardigan Schooler, Traditional Maid, Bright Eaglet, and Exotic China. These are the DLC outfits available only to the PS3 versions but on the bright side, at least you put most of the DLC outfits that came from the XBOX 360 version...or did you?

You see, there was one outfit short to the lineup and after much investigation, there's one DLC outfit that you hadn't put on the PS3 version. Wanna know what that is, NBGi? Here's a hint; it was on the XBOX 360 version of THE iDOLM@STER 2 and because you're too focused to put so many PS3 exclusives in the game, you have forgotten to put this outfit on the PS3 version. That's right. That DLC outfit that hasn't been added on the PS3 version is none other than...Punkish Gothic (パンキッシュゴシック).

Just one question, why is this DLC outfit hadn't been added to the PS3 version? Why? Are you saying that this Punkish Gothic outfit is not part of you agenda and the main reason why the PS3 version of iM@S 2 didn't come with that remains a mystery? As of now, the Punkish Gothic DLC outfit for THE iDOLM@STER 2 wasn't available on the PlayStation Store but most of the PS3 iM@S 2 players really demanded to have that outfit to be included because it remains one of the most fan-favorite outfits since the first iM@S game.

As I heard, the man behind the iM@S game is teasing a new one "as expected," after having launched a recent social game. It was announced at the end of the Samurai & Dragons Fan Meeting 2013 Summer event on Sunday but before you can announce what kind of iM@S game will be launching very soon, shouldn't you be feature the Punkish Gothic outfit on the PS3 version of iDOLM@STER 2? I know this is the request everyone's been demanding because this needs to be on that version now and that would be nice to have it so the whole DLC catalog for the PS3 version is complete and making them very happy, knowing that the PS3 version of iM@S 2 has everything that you'd expect on the XBOX 360 version plus the PS3 exclusives such as the Dressy Alice, Rainy Suzuran, Random Color Beauty, Digital Spacecraft, Cutie Insect, Weeping Wisteria, Burning Performer, Stratos Butterfly, Full bloom Yukata Dress, Starlight Agent, My Baby's Breath, Corduroy Country, Circuit Architect, Prima Concerto♪, Cardigan Schooler, Traditional Maid, Bright Eaglet, and Exotic China.

I'm asking this a favor, Namco Bandai, please make the Punkish Gothic (パンキッシュゴシック) outfit available on the PS3 version of THE iDOLM@STER 2 for just ¥1,500. Please do it before you can announce this new one you've been told last week. If not, when will you admit that not adding Punkish Gothic to the PS3 version of THE iDOLM@STER 2 is a big mistake?

Thank You.

Sincerely,
(name and address withheld)
