When a Range Rover gets converted into a pickup

No. This isn't some kind of an editing trickery done by some sly mongrels. What you're looking here is one of STARTECH's creations and this is how an ultra luxurious Range Rover converted into a sport utility truck.

To be showcased at the 2015 Shanghai Motor Show, STARTECH, a division of Brabus, managed to chopped the roof down and convert this uber-luxury SUV into a sport-utility truck. It's not just limited to such a bizarre conversion because it also comes with a widebody kit, 23-inch wheels, new suspension, custom exhaust, new interior, and an upgraded 5.0L supercharge V8 creating 526HP of power output.

When completed, it will be classified as a commercial vehicle rather than a luxury SUV, so import prices come cheap but in the meantime, it remains a show car set for its Shanghai debut so dream on.

Impul's new body kit for B17 Nissan Sylphy/Sentra

IMPUL SYLPHY

The Nissan Sylphy B17, launched since December 2012, is an everyday midsize sedan that no owner has even dared to modify one because...well, let's face it, it's already as boring as it went out from the factory. You don't really see any B17 Sylphy owner from Japan modifying their own for some unknown reasons but not today.

The folks at Impul provided a body kit specifically for the Nissan B17 Sylphy/Sentra and for 207,000 Japanese Yen, you can have your B17 Sylphy equipped with Impul's front half, side steps, rear skirts, and rear wing. These 17-inch Impul-made rims will cost 36,000 Yen each and the optional IMPUL emblem costs 7,000 Yen.

First time seeing a modified B17, though?

A 217mph E63 monster

Brabus 850 60 BiTurbo

A couple of days ago, I told that the new E63 AMG, with its S-Model that comes with a more powerful version of the M157 5.5L V8 BiTurbo engine and the 4MATIC four-wheel drive system, proved that it still makes the rounds on the track with the added power and its unquestionable grip but only just. Now, the folks from Brabus knew I was wrong because what they want for the E63 AMG is more power so what did they do to it? They add more power to the teeth to produce their new weapon, the Brabus 850 60 BiTurbo.

What Brabus did is putting too much "male enhancement" stuff on the M157 V8 BiTurbo engine so that now, it has a displacement of 5.9L and with the host of performance enhancements such as big turbos, air intake, gold heat wrapping, and performance exhausts, capable of producing 838HP of power and 848lb-ft of torque.

In E63 S-Model guise, the top speed of the 850 will do about 217mph based on customer options. As for aerodynamics, their new body kit for the E63 is capable to reduce lift at speed and they're made entirely from carbon fiber.

Alpha-N Performance gives E92 M3 one last chance

Alpha-N Performance M3 E92

The BMW M3 is dead, at least in 2-door coupe form. Yes, there will be a new M3 in the future but sadly, it's going to be available only in F30 sedan variant. Because the 3-Series Coupe will be replaced by the 4-Series, we're not sure what would the M version would be but that doesn't stop the aftermarket industry to spice things up for the retiree.

Alpha-N Performance, a tuner based in Bad Neuenahr, Germany, decided to give the now-defunct E92 M3 one last chance to set it right by providing the necessary tuning needed to make it more aggressive and more powerful. Called the BT92, this M3 E92 now sports a wide body kit, characterized by its curved lines. It also comes with a new bonnet, new tailgate, new bumpers, side skirts, fenders, and new wheel house shells made out of Kevlar. The body kit will cost 15,000 Euros but depending on the paint, it could cost from either 25,000 or 28,000 Euros, depending on special requests.

In terms of performance, Alpha-N can also provide increased displacement from the E92's V8 engine from 4.0L to 4.6L along with a new crankshaft. The result, 490HP of power and 470Nm of torque. Top speed is now 315kph.
