Welcome back. Here is your current sitrep:

- Bashar al-Assad, the president of Syria, says that this nation's informed on the anti-Islamic State air campaign and his government is receiving messages from the US-led coalition battling the jihadist militants.

- Arvind Kejriwal, the candidate who runs the Aam Aadmi Party, won the New Delhi state elections, defeated Indian PM Narendra Modi and the BJP, making it the party's first setback since it triumphed in last year's general elections.

- The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons or OPCW has called for international efforts to prevent the terrorist forces from gaining access to chemical weapons. OPCW Director-General Ahmet Uzumcu referred to the alleged use of chlorine gas in Iraq by the Islamic State and reports that members attempted to acquire chemical weapons, although reports haven't verified.

- Senator Antonio Trillanes IV defended the military during the senate hearing on Tuesday despite the criticisms that they've failed to provide support during the Mamasapano siege last January 25th.

- US Senator Ed Markey warned that major car manufactures are unprepared against imminent cyberattacks on cars loaded with modern tech following the loophole on BMW's Connected Drive system and remotely locked and unlocked car doors.

- Koenigsegg will unleash a double fury of supercars on this year's Geneva Motor Show as they'll be announcing the reveal of a more powerful Agera RS and their brand new megacar called the Regera.

- Defunct German auto brand Borgward will officially return after 50 years with a new car coming at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Borgward was founded by Carl F. W. Borgward in 1919 and went bankrupt in 1961. It was known to be one of German's biggest carmakers in 1950's and well known for their Isabella.

- Apart from the C-X75 Concept Car appearing on the upcoming 007: Spectre film, Land Rover will be joining the film with their Range Rover Sport SVR and the soon-to-be-deceased Defender.

- Check out the opening clip for the upcoming Tekken 7 arcade game, which will be coming at your nearest game centers this 18th of February with a worldwide release uncertain at a moment. Are you ready for the next battle?
