Top Gear USA S04E10

Sportscars are a solution to every man's mid-life crisis so on the season finale of Top Gear USA, the boys are in search of the midlife crisis cars for low prices. Adam Ferrera has gone for the C4 Corvette and because of his last week's injuries, he got himself an old man as his personal driver. Tanner Foust goes for the first generation Porsche Boxster and Rutledge Wood opts for the vintage Ford Model A rat rod.

The first challenge involves its handling ability and whoever loses the challenge gets groomed by some midlife crisis grooming kit. Because of the rat rod's poor handling and Tanner's Boxster got crashed before heading the finish line, looks like Rut will be wearing some midlife crisis clothes while Tanner is towing a jet ski.

Tanner and Rut had enough with those and they decided to take them all away before heading to the next challenge.

The boys went to the swamp and for this challenge, they have to drive through 50mph and hit the brakes before they'll be eaten by the gators.

It looks like Rut and the Rat Rod got crossed the water, resulting to a loss in this challenge.

Next stop, to the racetrack and it involves impressing the ladies while showcasing the car's sex appeal, 2 laps round Homestead Miami. 2 laps later, the ladies swapped cars and then another. The verdict? Boxster wins.

For the last challenge, the boys headed to Miami  and modify their rides just to see which of these three will stand out from the Miami crowd. Flame decal and green rims for the Rat Rod, stripes and dirt tires for the C4 Corvette, and a super huge rear wing for the Boxster.

The challenge involves pink slips against a youngster and if they lose the race, loses the car. Be warned, most of the cars they'll be facing are upgraded to the max, making this challenge extremely difficult.

The Rat Rod goes first and faces against the Focus ST because his oppenent is a FF hatchback but can he take it down or kiss his rod goodbye? In the end, Rut and the Rat Rod wins! But only just.

Next up, Tanner and the Boxster vs. the S10 pickup. Can he dazzle? Uh nope. Goodbye to the Porsche, Tanner.

Now, Adam's temporary driver races the Corvette against the EG Honda Civic. The flame part is a bit of a show off but after the race, the highly modified Civic claimed the Corvette.

With the two cars gone. only the Rat Rod is the last car standing, a conclusion to just one more fine run of TGUSA S4.
