Ford SVT boss warns on Nurburgring lap times

When carmakers test their cars in the Nurburgring, enthusiasts wanted to know lap times but carmakers don't do that kind of thing even while testing their next cars at this fabled course. Ford SVT boss Jamal Hameedi responded to Ford enthusiast forum SVTperformance.com regarding why their Mustang GT500, the one with the 662HP of power on it, hasn't been put on the Nurburgring for quite some time and warned that "there's no such thing as an official manufacturer Ring time" unless there's a standard for measuring lap times.

East China Sea tensions

Three big Asian nations; China, South Korea, and Japan, are in a game of tug-of-war in a middle of disputed territories and so far, China declared a Maritime Air Defense Zone in disputed territories at the South China Sea that was condemned by Japan and South Korea.

Customs chief Biazon and others face raps over PDAF scam

The National Bureau of Investigation filed charges against 34 individuals linked to the PDAF scam, including Bureau of Customs chief Ruffy Biazon. This was told by Justice Sec. De Lima on a televised news conference that those included on the second batch of cases of the Pork Barrel Scam.
