Let's Do The News! (June 5, 2013)

(cheers and applause)

JM: Wow...I'd never knew you're writing a big complaint about it.

JC: Yes, yes I am. Now anyway, major reason why, as of now, the Punkish Gothic is not yet on the PS3 version of iM@S 2 is because Namco Bandai doesn't have the time and energy to feature because all they do is featuring more and more PS3-exclusive outfits until they had enough and work on their next big project, so therefore, adding the Punkish Gothic costume on the PS3 version is null and void.

JM: Hang on...hang on...So, what you're pointing was that the costume that was once on the XBOX 360 version of iM@S 2 will never see the light of day to be on the PS3 version...I know, that's so disappointing for those who had the PS3 version.

JC: Well, because of that creator's announcement of the next iM@S game coming very very soon, I'm afraid that will be too late for the PS3 iM@S 2 to feature this most-requested Extend Costume we know as Punkish Gothic.

(awwww)

JC: So, anyway, let's do the news,!

JM: Right, the news! And if you are a Filipino in Hong Kong who have been on the friendly match between AZKALS and its rival HK team, I wonder if those guys are okay...

JC: Yeah, that makes me go hmmm because last night, there has been some booing and throwing stuff from the Hong Kong crowd against the Filipinos, especially the team AZKALS, thus turning a so-called friendly match into an unfriendly match, if you know what I mean, right?

JM: Yeah, think about the Filipino audiences who had been in the match. They tweet about getting traumatized in the middle of an unfriendly match between AZKALS against its HK rivals because of so much hissing and booing from the Hong Kong fans against the Filipinos, particularly, the women and children and the bluff that AZKALS came from a nation of slaves...

JC: Wait a minute...nation of slaves? Does this word ring a bell? Oh wait! It was from a 2009 article from Chip Tsao about the Philippines as a nation of slaves! No wonder they coined such ethnic slur from the fans who are booing and hissing from most Filipinos and AZKALS at the Mong Kok Stadium in Kowloon, Hong Kong, last night.

JM: It's a good thing the AZKALS won the match, right?

JC: Yeah. Having the AZKALS won the match against its Hong Kong rivals was a good one because this is their FIRST TIME in seven attempts between the two sides with the last result between the two was in 2011 in a 3-3 draw in the Long Teng Cup. Now, the bad side of it is...

RH: AZKALS are now the most hatred team in the eyes of Hong Kong people?

(audience laughing)

JC: Possibly...but this is just a bluff. Just because the Philippine AZKALS defeated their Hong Kong rival team doesn't mean that they became Hong Kong's most hatred. I mean if it were, those angry Hong Kong crowd's going nuts and then smacking down every living Filipino inside and outside the stadium...

(audience laughing)

RH: Anyway, not only Doctor Who, Lamborghini, McLaren, or the others are celebrating their 50th birthday this year...but the Porsche 911 is joining the birthday list who are celebrating their big 50th birthday for 2013 and as an 50th anniversary bonus, Porsche launched the special edition 911-50 model...here it is...

2014 Porsche 911-50
RH: It's based on the 911 Carrera S, the latest one, but the body is loosely from the Carrera 4, special 911-50 badge at the back, costs £92,257, and limited to 1963 models worldwide.

JC: Wait...1963?

RH: Yep! Reason why they picked that number is because the first Porsche 911 came out in 1963 at the Frankfurt Motor Show so this 50th anniversary special 911 will be revealed at the same venue as well!

JC: Yeah...I knew that it was just a big coincidence....but still I can't see it because...

RH: Oh! Come on! Enough with your Executive Optical jokes in case of a Porsche 911 conundrum!

(audience laughing)

JC: Now anyway...some more supercar crashes of the year and this time, I picked up another report that there was a Lamborghini Aventador crashed somewhere in Thailand...

JM: What?!

(huh?)

JC: True. Somewhere in Thailand, a rich Thai businessman just crashed his Lambo while he was on the trip to his dad's funeral but luckily for the driver, he survived. Reason why he luckily survived the Lambo crash is because he has this...sort of...lucky charm he wore.

JM: What an unbelievable stroke of luck for him.

JC: I know. Imagine if I wear that kind of charm and if I was in the middle of the crash...let's just say a brutal crash...I survived and I got minor injuries.

RH: Yeah but I wouldn't mind wearing a lucky shirt that protects your from gunmen because back then, I just saw a joke about a shirt that possesses a magic power that protects the wearer from bullets but the man remain skeptical about this so to prove, he had to find someone who has a gun to test it and then, later...the lucky shirt was just fake.

(audience laughing)

JC: Hmmm....Seems that I saw that joke too but sometimes, not all lucky charms are created equal because no matter the outcome, you'll be stuck in a dead end and you'll end up getting hurt. Fact or bluff?

JM: More like "celebrity bluff" if you asked me...

(audience laughing)

JC: Anyway, last week, Orphan Black, a BBC America original series, ended its first season run and will return next year for more thrills and spills from Sarah Manning, played by Tatiana Maslany, and her clones. Now, since you guys managed to watched the entire series...guess how much they got salivated on how Season One ended but anyway, since the next season will be next year...Chaps, which of the Tatiana Maslany roles from Orphan Black that tickles your fancy?

JM: Wait...didn't Tatiana Maslany did several roles in this show, especially main protagonist Sarah Manning? How many?

JC: Well, let's see...Tatiana Maslany played as Sarah Manning, Elizabeth, Katja, Alison, Cosima, Helena, Rachel, Sarah as Elizabeth, Sarah as Katja, Helena as Sarah as Elizabeth, Alison as Sarah, Sarah as Alison, Helena as Sarah...there too many to list!

(audience laughing)

RH: So...The real one disguises as one of her clones but some of her clones can disguise as the real one who can disguise as one of her clones....AGH! My brain's going to explode!

JC: I know, right? Orphan Black really explodes your brains because of its darker and intense storyline and because it's coming to UK TVs via BBC Three, I guess this is the best time to say...it's about time! Also, during the wrap-up of this season, the production team says "thank you for your loyalty" with some...well...what to expect on the next season, written on the board. Here it is...

RH: Wait wait wait...One of something in the board says... "Clones host SNL"... does this mean that in the next season, there's going to be an episode where clones ended up hosting Saturday Night Live? My bets on Cosima anyway...

(audience laughing)

JM: And wait...it says "everybody dies"...Does it mean, the clones are going to die?

JC: Not sure but...we'll figure it out when Orphan Black returns next year.

RH: Yeah...looking forward to the SNL episode of that show...

(audience laughing)

JC: Anyway, while we're getting stoked for Christopher Eccleston playing as the bad guy Malekith in the upcoming Thor: The Dark World film this fall, I just got word that there's another Doctor Who alum going to be involved in the world of MARVEL. The latest was none other than...Karen Gillan, who was Amy Pond in the series, will be joining in the cast of an upcoming MARVEL movie Guardians of the Galaxy.

RH: Whoa...whoa...Guardians? Wait a minute...if you said Guardians...would it mean either Legend of the Guardians or Rise of the Guardians?

(audience laughing)

JC: Neither of those, Hammond. Although I still don't get why most of the people who watched Rise of the Guardians love that Jack Frost character and most boys want to dress as him. Anyway, Guardians of the Galaxy. This new MARVEL movie was still in the casting process and they had Glenn Close (who was Cruella De Vil from the 101 Dalmatians), Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and Dave Bautista lead the cast of Marvel’s space adventure movie, which has Lee Pace and Michael Rooker as villains.

RH: I wonder what role K-Gill's gonna be on next year's film?

JC: As of now...unknown but some say she will play the film’s lead female villain, just like what Sir Chris do in Thor 2.

(audience laughing)

JM: Anyway, that's the end of the news and an update on which is the best Phineas and Ferb song of all time because last week, we had eight songs gunning for the top but for now, it's all down to four.

1) There's a Platypus Controlling Me
2) Summer Belongs To You
