Crime math pun

I just saw a video from YouTube that is straight from GMA's Unang Hirit program where some viewers saw a news about policemen caught a weird tricycle thief. The identity of a tricycle thief is not just sporting a weird clothing, weird hair and weird slippers, you can see the way how he talks.

HE TALKS IN A WEIRD ENGLISH CONVERSATION!

Now I know that is weird, just as weird as the sayings that is much related to math. For instance there are three sides of a triangle and the fourth side that makes four angles and the measurement of each angle is 36 degrees, and the saying where you can put the square root of every side by side... ugh. That's not much of a criminal activity but the funny talking man claimed that he didn't took the tricycle. Is he admitting the truth or is he giving us another math problem to solve?

If I realize that there is a funny looking thief like him who claimed that he didn't do it, he'll ended up winding himself with a few math problems that sends us back to the algebra ages.
